Mar Update

I started my portfolio. I watched movie 'Marley and Me' with friend. We ate Sakae Sushi and i used my voucher. I played lan game 'Left 4 Death' with poly mates. I went Serangoon to collect my graduation robe and paid $300+ for the rental and photoshoot deposit. I went Pungol and got my first experience in taking LRT for that area. I went Meetoh School to teach Microsoft words. I got busy and pulled here and there by the cute kids. I waited till 12am. I recalled some sweet and sour memories. I received warm birthday wishes. I went ACS Junior to teach Impressionism on my birthday. I went P.S to celebrate with poly mates. I watched the movie 'Push'. I went home and celebrate with family. I went KTV with my sec friends. I was shocked yet happy and ate the birthday cake again. I love the Goldlion present. I went Sony second interview but predicted of rejection because of my lacking of confidence to the jobscope. I went IBM for interview. I went career fair with cousin Linda and taught each other flash and web. I swim and gym every sunday. I realised i don't mind in having 'jie di lian'. I was selected by IBM to work for 1 or 2month. I was sad because they changed their mind by wanted me to work everyday therefore can't teach anymore. I registered on the retaking of English O'level since the requirement in getting into MOE need a credit yet my english result is D7 took half of my l1r4 and l1r5! I paid $150 for that and broke after setting aside the money for the bangkok trip. I am the assistant in giving Cubism and Claymation lessons from ACS Junior and Clementi Primary respectively. I went meet WQ at vivocity to shop his stuffs. I went SIM to have graduation. I am grateful with my family and WQ as they took time and leave in coming. I wore the ugly light blue robe. I laughed along with others to the graduates who made mistakes in the stage. I became one of them as i was nervous forgotten to salute back to the professor. I took photos with family and friends. We went KTV for our celebration. I went back to Masterign office for photography lesson. We were attracted by a girl who is a mixed-blood. I watched the movie "Confessions of a Shopaholic". I spring cleaning my computer area while writing this blog now.

Feb Update

Today is the last day of the month, which is not a very easy period for me. Just quit my job, a tough decision which i made. In this recession period, many people had giving me their advice but i still stay firm with the decision because i do have my backup plan. And also, i realised there are indeed some fake people in this world, which i should count myself lucky that i met them only at this age. There are also some people that trust you while some not. To be adult is not easy at all, and from now on i will be extra careful in dealing this role.

Recently went several interviews and I can say i am addicted to the interview because some of them were fun. Only two of them confirmed me. One is charity executive, which is about sales and i don't like. Another is junior web designer which the salary is $1.7k. I rejected them guess i am a demanding person. Currently a IT Trainer thanks to Derek introduction. From tutor to teacher Leon is a scary transition to me as there is a big difference in them. Imagine yourself facing 30 over kids, give them instruction and yet they are talking and doing their things till you have to shout aloud for them to listen to you? Thankfully i am still an assistant trainer, but teaching a bunch of primary6 kids in Anglo Chinese School Junior Primary is a tedious job. Supposely teach them printing but due to some circumstances that we teach them painting using the 3 basic colors. Can you see the difference between printing and painting?

I am also brushing up my skill in graphic and web and didn't really slack at home though. Doing a web for my dog too which i can say is my proud work. And yea, today is ann ann birthday! She is 49 years old now, older than me and she just cut a David Beckham hair so that she can be a funky ah ma! Looking forward to March now not because of my birthday but the graduation. To wear the graduation robe is my dream and i going to achieve that. Guys feel free to ask me out to occupy my time :)

Jan Update

As requested by a person name Mr Emo, i shall blog about Ceron and Jas's wedding before the fresh memory gone. First of all, Congratulation to my primary school best friend!

The faithful morning went meet GW at tamp and i was late due to my breadfast. Saw a pretty girl and he dared me for a $2 mac breadfast to know her but somehow i never ask for her number. Reached Changi chalet and realised it was just beside my hendon camp. The bungalow gave me a spine tingling feeling as the place was quite isolated. The wed couple and family went buy the preparation stuffs, left the two of us for a small adventure in this so-called haunted mansion. We began to lay white cloths on all chairs and the idiotic partner of mine sat in the middle of all white chairs and asked me to take a picture of him, goose-bumps!

Both of us were busy throughout the day as we did the most 'Saikang', made banner, moved tables and chairs, setup equipment, take photos, BBQ to people, and even hang lantern on trees! We suggested $5 per hour for our manpower but was rejected by CEO Koh o.O. The enthusiastic GW did many work and keep repeat words like "be grateful to us", "repay each other for wedding in future", lol. I guess we are the most 'buddy' out of all! This couple though steady for some months, their courage and love are something which many people can envy and learn. The moments of making vows for commitment is the sweetest of all. Blissful blessing to them!

Currently facing a tough patch as nearly fail my probation and wage cut. My position is just like the musical rotation chair game. Number of people had game over over it and now the music may stop anytime for my turn. I won't take this as an excuse of failure, perhaps i am just incapable. Though i was trusted and was given another month, and i really appreciate it, i may no longer as commit as i was. To prepare for the worse, i decided to look for job as my back-up plan. I can't rest at home take a break for weeks, slowly find job like what others do. I wish i can. The past 2 years changed my thinking, something which adult have to face. Though colleagues told me they will kill me if i look for job, i didn't give them answer. I will make another decision within the couple of weeks. Thanks to those true friends who concern, you know who you are. I am perfectly fine, and IF you see me abit down, this is normal, remember to cheer me up!

Today talked to someone and also read it. Friendship look fragile to me. I sensed something is wrong and i glad i asked. I didn't mind about the day, nor i think i had quarrel with you because i understand the situation which you explained. I don't know what girls thinking because it is hard to figure, but i will still respect the decision. I feel happy as from the post i know you do mind about me or maybe i mistaken. Whatever it is, i will keep the present, and also, i miss the girl.

Dec Update

Time to update abit of dec post on the first day of 2009. I was super broke due to the celebrations, gatherings, iphone and gifts, therefore my main New Year resolutions is to plan and save for future! For house, for wedding and so on, everything need money.

My work probation is going to end in a few days and i still not sure whether i going to pass it. The last comment i received is slow in work, and with work altitude. Keep having OT therefore have to give up on giving tuition and salsa class. Feeling stress and depress now. If you ask me whether i like my job, i won't say Yes, but not fully No too. Please msn me more from 8 to 5.

Yesterday having half day and went home to have a 2hours nap before meeting Ceron, Jas and GW at Orchard. Received the ROM invitation card and then to Long John Silver to talk about the future plan. They were stunned by my 'must expenses' like hp and broadband bills, insurance and saving plan, dad and mum allowance, mum cpf, and bank and repayment to sis, worried whether i can save. Give me 3 years and i will definitely prove you guys! Sooner met Yelian at Suntec to have Sakae Sushi buffet, while WS can't make it. We ate 20 over plates but due to the time constraint of finding a place for firework, i can't eat anymore. Reached Marina at 1030pm, played iphone and UNO on newspaper while waiting for the 12am countdown 8mins long firework. I have to say i am a racist but won't elaborate more. The waiting is quite worth it upon seeing the firework. Home sweet home at 1250am.

Looking forward to the outings and not the weekdays. Lazy to write other long stories for the month so i will just let the picture talk.

Nov Update

My blog seem to be rotting and shall post it once a month.

My mass gaining programme finally got some result as gained some weight and fitter but effort goes in vain after got sick. Output seem to be more than my input = =. Have to eat more gourmet delights to get back my loss so don't be surprise if i ask you guys for dinner and supper!

Busy in Popular, Harris and Bookfest events made me OT for days thus reached home at 9 plus. Just went food fairs and IT fairs from Expo and Suntec made me bloated and poorer. I was helping out in the Bookfest so you guys may see me there for these days. Ask me for discount if you want to :) Yea my booth design is up there! If you see the membership booth background, you may be happened to see my 2 pairs of legs! They are call the skill of cropping of legs using the art of photoshop.

Just recontract my HP and broadband, took up a 8mbps Singtel broadband plan with a free IPhone 3G and mio TV! Actually wanted to get the laptop but hate to use macbook, and the normal window laptop is just mini.

Everyday seem to be the same - work, home, work, home, work... No more tuitions til next year. I also quit Salsa. Even the healthy lifestyle in weekend can't fill up everything. Life is getting more empty, i really need something to brighten up my life, i am just that stupid or greedy.

Cherish..

Went watch movie 20th Century Boys with ex-colleagues and to me it is still a pretty decent show which i suggest those who never watch its manga not to watch this else you won't understand their unique twist storyline. But trust me, it is a nice show.
Sunday went gym and swim and then went to a galas movie premier for the animation movie 'The Dragon Hunter' which will be release in November. The CG is awsome and surprisely this great production is not from Disney and Dreamwork. The desire to work in animation, movie and games industry, with my name in the credits seem to be impossible now. Saw some local artist with their families; Zoe Tay, Zheng Ge Ping, Hong Hui Fang, Pang Lin Lin, Huang Shi Nang, Li Ming Lun, Adrian Pang and many.

Recently in shopping spree alot thus spend alot of money. Bought a goggle, a pair of roller blade, shin guards, and GNC mass gainer. Decided to spend big for this 2 months and then start my saving plan as my new year's resolution.
I am so happy. One of the thai boys that i taught passed his Chinese paper! He know Chinese only this year and before i came he got 30 over marks in his SA1. Now he got 54marks, the biggest achievement i ever get out of all students that i taught! I decided to teach until the day i can't give, i just love this job. Now have to wait for his brother's result else efforts go in vain.
These couple of days didn't sleep as aunt's husband just passed away. Today is Deepavali yet also a day which we send him. It is a pain to see aunt act strongly. As they got no child, today onward she has to live alone and take care of herself. 2007 is the year which 2 relatives left me and i really hope there won't be such thing call death transtion exist in this world.

Happy Birthday

I shall dedicate this post to them though they can't read haha. Happy Birthday to Mum and Dad!
Today bought the Tiramasu cake from Aljunied as family members can't buy it. Brought that birthday cake to my student house yet empty handed make me embarrased, thus promised them cakes only after their exam. Soon after have a simple birthday celebration since parent' birthday gap is just 2 days.

Well worked for Popular for 2 weeks yet still adapting to the environment. Connie, the another Web Designer is going overseas so i have to take care of the remaining stuff. Everyone is OTing except me as i got night commitment. Felt guilty and going to play my part in next week!

Did some foolish thing recently and felt mixed feeling - bad, angry and sad, therefore tend to emo these days. Anyway Happy Birthday to the oct babies and good luck to people who is having Olevel, Alevel, and others....
